Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay, we will notify you via email.

We work with multiple suppliers and fulfillment partners to provide reliable delivery options. Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination:

United States: 3–11 business days
Canada: 10–15 business days
Europe: 7–16 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 10–25 business days
Rest of the World: 15–30 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs processing, carrier delays, weather conditions, peak seasons, or other factors outside our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.

Please allow 3–7 business days for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on destination and order size.

Free shipping may be available for selected orders and promotional campaigns.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and import fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Everly Sphere is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.
